Why mountains, Gorski kotar, nature...?

Simply fall in love with nature, peace and quiet, and the proximity to adventurous activities and the beautiful Adriatic Sea brings its own charm.

How did it all start?

In 2020 (during the coronavirus pandemic), while driving through a beautiful part of Croatia, Gorski kotar, and seeking an escape to peace, we asked ourselves a simple question: Why wouldn't we create our own story here? We're close to everything... Rijeka, Opatija, Crikvenica, Krk, Cres are all there if we want to experience the sound of the sea. On the other hand, we have the beauties of Gorski kotar where we can hike, mountaineer, ski, sledge, bike, and simply enjoy peace, fresh air and privacy.

For a year, every free weekend we searched for our own piece of paradise.

After almost two years, we managed to unite over 4,000 m² of beautiful land and start all the necessary paperwork so we could begin construction.

We sketched the house ourselves on pieces of paper and gave them to architects to turn into reality. It took us three long years to reach the current phase, so we can share it with everyone who will appreciate all the love, effort and sweat that went into its construction.

This is just the first phase, because we soon intend to expand and enrich the offerings (swimming pool, sauna...).
