1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Silver House - Mrkopalj. The house is located at Muževski kraj 83, Mrkopalj,  Croatia. By booking and using our house, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Booking Terms

  • Capacity: Silver House can accommodate up to 8 guests.
  • Minimum Stay:
    • 2 consecutive nights.
  • Booking Confirmation: 
      • Please check the availability of your desired dates either through the calendar or by submitting the inquiry form.
      • Once you receive confirmation of availability, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required within 24 hours. Payment should be made to the specified IBAN account.
      • After we confirm receipt of your payment, the landlord will finalize and confirm your reservation, securing your stay at Silver House.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival.
    • Cancellations within 30 days result in the loss of the advanced payment.

 

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: From 16:00h.
  • Check-out: By 10:00h.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT, tourist tax, and final cleaning.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer to IBAN: or other methods provided during booking.

 

5. House Rules

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
  • Pets are allowed.
  • Bachelor or bachelorette parties, and party events, are strictly forbidden.
  • For your safety, any kind of glass objects near or in the Jacuzzi are strictly prohibited.
  • Please ensure there is no noise after 22:00 to respect the comfort of others.
  • The property must be used responsibly. Any damage to the property or its contents will be charged to the guests.

 

6. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit, equivalent to the price of one night's stay, is required to be paid via IBAN before arrival. The deposit will be refunded after departure, provided there is no damage to the property.

 

7. Liability

  • The owner is not responsible for personal injuries, theft, or loss of belongings during your stay.
  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and the security of their belongings.

 

8. Facilities and Amenities

  • The house features fully equipped kitchen, washroom, dining room, living room with an indoor fireplace, and a convenient guest toilet. On the second floor, house offers 4 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms.
  • The outdoor area includes a barbecue, fire-pit and outdoor hot tub (Jacuzzi), 
  • Dedicated parking spaces

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Croatian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Croatian courts.
