Silver House - Mrkopalj is a registered holiday home in Croatia.

After your deposit payment, your reservation is confirmed. Upon receipt of payment, we will send you a reservation confirmation. After the full payment is received, you will also receive invoice.

How does payment work?

• 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation
• A refundable security deposit, equivalent to the price of one night's stay, is required to be paid via IBAN before arrival. The deposit will be refunded after departure, provided there is no damage to the property
• 70% of the remaining amount is paid 1 day before arrival
• Price is final – no hidden costs
• Minimum stay is 2 nights

Deposit refund policy

• 30 or more days before arrival – 100% deposit refund
• Less than 14 days before arrival – deposit is non-refundable
