Price is final (no hidden fees) - everything is included in price.

Minimum stay - 2 consecutive nights.

Reservation deposit - A 30% advance payment of the total booking price is required to confirm your reservation and must be made within 24 hours of receiving availability confirmation.

A refundable security deposit, equivalent to the price of one night's stay, is required to be paid via IBAN before arrival. The deposit will be refunded after departure, provided there is no damage to the property.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation is free up to 30 days prior your arrival. After that the reservation deposit will not be returned.
